no more fats. HA HA.
hoohoo!
i just finished chatting with
jason poh.
most of you will nort know him.. hmm..
ANYWAYS,
he was my wushu junior 3 years back, but quitted halfway.
uh huh.. anddd. when he came into wushu in sec 1,
he was one of my FITTEST junior, as in body build,
but one thing bout him, was that he was stiff.
and now..
he's grown up, and he's sec4 now.
and he's learning
muay thai.
he's going thailand to train in June 06.
quite interesting isnt it.
muay thai's one of the most offensive sparring and fighting art.
what makes it so powerful is that the blows they create,
are mostly from elbows and knees.
and their superb speed and accuracy in producing this powerful blows.
i even asked Jason Poh about his NAPFA test.
warh! 11 pull up sia. i only did 8 that year. HAHA.
he's now really more disciplined now, as compared to last time.
most of his time now are spent on workout, muay thai and studies now.
hoo hooooo.
this really inspires me.
someone who was once so playful and mischievious,
suddenly found a new passion and interest.
and got himself so disciplined.
i realised after i graduated from school,
i do nort do wushu, i do nort do bball animore!
in fact, i dun do sports after i graduated!
... maybe once in awhile. hurhur.
alright! i've made my choice.
now that im so free until july, when my school starts.
i've decided to spend my time NOT only on wenwen. =D
wenwen must understand liao har.
dandan's gonna exercise and workout!
u always wan dandan to go swimming, go wildwildwet with you rite..
wait a few more weeks! dandan go train until got body liao,
den go with u. =P
HA HA HA.
i hate fats.
im gonna bid farewell to fats,
and welcome muscles back to my very own body~ XD~
but...... will i haf the discipline to keep this going. T___T

this is my plan.
5 weekdays a week.
3 days i'll spend
30mins to
an hour on bball or physical training.
probably
monday, wednesday and
friday.
as for
tuesday and
thursday, i'll spend an hour on my electone arrangement. =]
i want to complete writing my "
Ni Zui Zhen Gui" too. =D
good! lets start next week !
and try out if im comfortable with it.
3 times workout a week, at least half an hour eachtime,
shld be able to get me back in shape.
baobei must understand arh!
