september 12-14

SEPT 12th !!

these 4 babies are XiaoHei's babies!
those which i put in the tank with the other 3 sapphires.
in the pic above, there's 3winterwhites and 1sapphire.
able to tell the difference ? haha. some of you may not see it.

what bout now? it shld be more obvious now. =]
the 3 winterwhites are together, the sapphire's the odd one out.

this day, 2 winterwhites were sold off. =((

say byebye to this 2 darlings. =((

for those people who have not seen my cage layout,
which is designed by myself with spare parts of other cages,
this is it. =]

SEPT 13th !!

i switched this pair over to the pail,
becos snowbell's gonna give birth REALLY soon!
her tummy's much bigger den Nera.
im starting to suspect Nera and Yolk are both not pregnant. =((

this is pregnant mother SnowBell.

the hips and below area of a hamster,
is usually very swollen if she's pregnant.
pregnant and fat are TWO different things!
from the pictures, u'll see a young mother.
SnowBell's either around or less than 2 months old!
a very young mother indeed!
judging by the stomach size, a litter shld be expected
within the nxt 2-3days.

OH YES!
you guys remember XiaoHuo ?
the one i gave baobei wenwen and is paired up with Danter ?
yup! she has given birth on the 2nd September!

they're 6 baby sapphires!
very surprised!
stating an example ;
because even if both parents are Pearl Whites,
the babies that come out, on an average of 6,
there'd be AT LEAST 1 baby which is a WinterWhite Normal or Sapphire,
because the winterwhite gene is dominant.
however, in this case, i see 6 baby sapphires,
no winter whites at all. haha cool. =]
so... yes yes, i got 6 baby sapphires to sell. =]

okay, i visited Torter and Wenter too!
baobei says they're really VERY loving.
eat together, play together, sleep together.
at first i wasnt really convinced, until i see it myself. =]

look at them!
im just VERY glad i gave Torter to baobei,
as it got along SO well with Wenter. ^___^v

and guess what.
Torter just had her 4th batch of babies on the 1st august remember?
remember i posted a picture of her in a distinct Pear shape like recently
around 2-3weeks ago?
and i just sold the babies away to Carmen and another friend 2weeks ago,
and now.... Torter's pregnant again.
HAHA yes yes.. more Pudding babies please!

of course not forgetting the lovely Syrian Hamsters!

they're as lovely as Dwarf hamsters.
somehow i feel like i prefer Syrian Hamsters.
dont know why. perhaps im getting tired of tiny puny dwarves. HAHA.

SEPT 14th !!

this day, which was 2days back,
i helped Winda did a hamster package. =]
i've not done packages for sometime.
im glad i've business again. =]
thanks Winda!

her BF bought paid everything for her.
just like how i brought wenwen to choose her hamsters
back then in MAY this year.
still remember i spent up to $95
just to get everything for wenwen.
back then i still dont know much bout hamsters,
thus i spent so much money.
however, now i know where to get cheaper stuffs,
where got good stock, blablabla,
im able to give them a good price.

$60bucks, for 2 BABY hamsters (winterwhite&sapphire)
1pack of food which can last the 2 hamsters at LEAST 3-4weeks.
2pack of recycled paper bedding equivalent to a 6litre pack.
and of course the cage.

i've seen hamster packages outside in Pet Shops,
like Katong's Doggy Pawz, or Suntec's Pets Village,
and also Great World's Pets Kampong.
Price is $85 onwards.
i think $85 is for 1hamster,
$95and above is for 2hamsters.

hoho! now u see the good price im offering?
of course it also depends on the cage and hamsters u're getting from me.
like which cage, and which hamster.
i've LOADS of cages, brand new and 2nd hands for sale.

this is basically everything i bought that day.
of course the rest are for myself,
what im giving Winda is all mentioned above.

just look at the size! yeowch.
it was REALLY a big problem bringing the 35litre bedding back.
super super super tiring. walk few minutes put down,
den carry again. unless u're HUGGING it when u walk,
its okay, but when u're practically applying strength on ONLY 1hand,
to carry it. okay, that sucks.
i actually put this whole pack on my shoulder and i walked back home,
with my other hand completely occupied with holding the cage,
smaller bedding and food and stuffs. really very very heavy. -_-"

this is the cage which Winda chose.
its one of my cheapest cages.
simple yet nice and cute,
only flaw is that,
it'd be small for 2hamsters once they grow up.

the close up pics are really nicely taken eh? =]

if u guys remember, i got baobei wenwen this cage too,
all the way back in May,
but i blogged it down in the old shared blog.
wonder if you guys remember.
well, lets upload the picture again to refresh u guys!

now do u guys remember?
this was the FIRST cage wenwen used.

well.. 3days back,
i still had 7 babies,
so now..
they're the last 3 left!
letting go of 2 !
